Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before accepting this agreement.

I agree to return the gowns to Jessi Rae Bridal by the specified date.

I will refer to the Try On Guidelines that will be sent in the box with the gowns.

All gown(s) will be sent with the required signature. The shipment must be sent to an address where they can be signed for.

If the gown(s) are not returned by the specified date, a late fee of $25 will be charged per day for 7 days. If the gowns are not returned after 7 days, I agree to pay the full retail value of the gown(s).

If the returned gown(s) are soiled and require cleaning, a fee will be charged to the card on file.

If the returned gown(s) require repair, a fee determined by our seamstress will be charged to the card on file.
